Under Act no. 223/2001 Z. z. on waste and amending certain laws, as amended, any company that manufactures or imports products from polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride or imported products packed in these materials is liable to contribute to the Recycling Fund in the amount determined pursuant to § 56 In case of failure to pay on time or in full, the Recycling Fund contribution to the competent authority shall impose a fine company to 5 million Sk in accordance with § 78 paragraph 3 letter e).
